You have choices of who you want to speak with, flexible times at which you can speak with someone, and convince on it being online , video call. I dont have to drive anywhere. I can be in the comfort of my own home. I signed up for my son. Its been working out real well. The counselor mediates conversations between me and my son. Which helps me better understand how to work with my son not against. Very grateful for Gary.

I’ve been working with Cheli for several months, and I honestly can’t imagine where I’d be without her support. I originally came to her for my son, but after experiencing her kindness and understanding, I felt safe enough to begin my own sessions - something I never thought I would ever be able to do again. Cheli makes me feel safe, seen, heard, understood, and validated in a way I never have before. She has helped me learn to trust again, has taught me skills I didn’t even know I needed, and has shown me hope when I had lost all sense of it. Every session leaves me feeling lighter, calmer, grounded, and truly understood. I would highly recommend Cheli to anyone seeking a therapist who is not only kind and supportive but truly life-changing. She has saved my life, and I am and always will be forever grateful for her.

Natalie R has been amazing with our 16 yo daughter. They have a great connection and it’s so nice that they can chat by video, messages, etc ! It’s a huge help because we are very rural where we live. We farm and the closest city with a therapist you can see regular is an hour and a half there are towns within an hour that have basic or emergency services for mental health. But not at the level we require help with and not on a regular schedule. Sometimes with different people so it’s hard to keep the info up to date when they don’t always get the same person. But here in Teen Counselling, the therapist (Natalie) has been amazing!

Beth was extremely helpful in figuring out the situation between myself and my teen daughter and helping us better communicate with one another and also I love that she supported me when telling her about what all my child was doing that was self destructive and potentially dangerous. Beth 100% supported me and even told my teen that what she was doing was wrong and dangerous and let her know about personal experiences she even had with the situation, so that was very helpful in proving to my teen that I wasn't crazy or just being a "mean mom" Would highly recommend Beth to other families needed guidance with their teenager(s)

I like his way the tackles the problem, he doesn’t tell me what to do he helps me figure out what I want and points me in the right direction.

Nadine is amazing! My son feels comfortable opening up to her and it’s really helped him be able to open up to us as well. He has mentioned he doesn’t feel judged but supported by Nadine, which for a teen to express speaks volumes. We would recommend teen counseling and Nadine specifically to anyone with teenagers who are struggling, these years can be difficult but we feel like this has been a good way to have some extra guidance and support.

The work Frankie has done with my 14 year old daughter has been priceless! My daughter loves her laid-back, approachable personality. She never feels intimidated and looks forward to therapy every week. I had no idea what to expect as I have never looked into online counseling before. This was for my daughter, but I had to speak with Laurie first for intake questions. Just sharing background info and speaking about our issues, I was instantly relieved. I stuttered and talked in circles at first, and she took the lead by asking appropriate questions while being super sensitive. She is a great listener and sounded kind.
