Ashley changed our daughter’s life! She is kind, personable and very experienced. Ashley helped our teen daughter to better understand and manage her anxiety and she is a different girl now. Confident, outgoing, trying new things and managing to cope with hard days in much healthier ways. We are so proud of our girl for the work she has done but our deepest and most heartfelt gratitude goes to Ashley who through building a trusting relationship was able to have those hard conversations in a kind and supportive way. Ashley just knows what to say and more importantly what questions to ask to guide you to the revelations that are essentially going to lead to big breakthroughs. I couldn’t recommend Ashley highly enough!

Ashley is attentive, compassionate and knowledgeable. Her empathy and ability to instil confidence when I experience self-doubt has been so helpful.

I have never felt like a therapist has actually listened to me until teen counseling linked me with Ashley. Ashley has been amazing in my healing journey

Although I have just started working with Ashley I have the sense that she has a really good understanding of me and is more proactive that therapists I have had in the past. Giving practical things to work on and working towards a better understanding of what I need and applying that to our sessions and homework. A+

Ashley is so genuine! From our first interaction, I felt like I knew her and I could be my authentic, unfiltered self. She is very supportive of me and my goals. By far the best therapy experience I’ve had!

Enjoyed the open conversation with a trusted professional. Ashley Wilson was willing to listen to both sides and offer suggestions to improve our relationship.

I’ve only had one session with Ashley so far, but I felt that she was very attentive and listen to my name and also responded with questions that made me think more of what I needed to be working on. I like that we can have video sessions it’s a time saver for sure!

Ashley is very patient. Allows you to fully communicate how you feel before offering a response. Which I appreciate. She really keep myself and my wife’s adhd brains centered on the topic of conversation. Still a new client of Ashley’s I’d say. But so far? No complaints. Looking forward to our future sessions together!

It is a hard thing to have to admit when you have issues. Ashley made it easy for me to open up and really explore the issues I am really struggling with.

i have only been assigned to her for two weeks. a bit early to do this survey. but i definitely like her more than my previous therapist. i think a major factor in this is that i am more aware of my issues.

Ashley is the first therapy who I have worked with you strongly supports me, listens to me and completely lets (and encourages) me to take the reigns of my own mental health. Even after a tough session I am so grateful for her support and honesty. I have never looked forward to a session so much in my life. She has helped me through the toughest days of my life with grace.

Ashley Wilson is better than any expectation I could have imagined. It feels like she is a natural born healer with a talent for counseling, and her clients are lucky enough she found her calling. From our first session she made me feel safe, and very much as though there was no judgement. In just three sessions she removed a weight I did not realize I had been carrying for nearly my entire life. She saw it, when no one else had, and created the space for healing to happen. To paraphrase from Robert Sullivan - she is gently and almost invisibly allowing you to be you, as flawed and as beautiful as you are, whilst creating the change you let her know you crave. If you have the chance, I highly recommend.
