She has been absolutely amazing helping my daughter work through her emotions, identify triggers and give her real world, applicable coping mechanisms that she can continue to use for the rest of her life. It has been such a blessing to find her. My daughter really looks forward to her sessions. We are beyond blessed our daughter has found someone she can connect with and she will keep seeing her through High School, and hopefully learn to grow and cope in healthy ways. She provides homework that challenges and encourages her, without being too much or overwhelming her. She is very responsive if my daughter needs to send her a message for support outside her therapy session date. I cannot praise her enough. She has been a lifesaver for our family.

It’s my first time pursuing therapy and I was at first a little uneasy about the whole process, however Svetlana had made this experience the most easy for me. Therapy sessions with her isn’t just about talking to a stranger, she creates a safe place so that I can express myself without feeling weird or awkward, it actually fells like I’m talking to a friend. Even when it comes to sensitive subjects that can be hard to mention, she always makes sure that I feel comfortable and she really tries to deeply understand my needs as much as she can. She’s really amazing at what she does and it shows that she is passionate, I truly recommend her.

Teen therapy is a tough business - most of your clients (the teen) doesn't feel like they need or want therapy, but parents (like me) are at the point of desperation. Melanie was solid with her expectations of acceptable behavior during the sessions, asking questions, provoking thought and dialog around the issues at hand. I am lucky that my daughter was 'amenable' to participating , I have seen a marked difference in my daughter's attitude over the last 6-8 weeks despite her not truly embracing or engaging in each session.

She’s so much more positive post a session, she also has a great bond with him and totally trusts him, we were so lucky to find him, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to anyone. We have sessions from a different time zone too and he’s always available and hugely accommodating to our schedules. Thank you Edward so much for everything you’re doing for us. I think Mr. Whited he’s very kind and caring about my daughter. I appreciate the time he has taken with her. I feel good about his communication with me as well as making sure he has separate time with her.
