I have always been a huge advocate for therapy or help of any kind. When my daughter approached me about talking with someone he had done her own research and presented me wit "Teen Counseling". It's been a perfect match with Jennifer. My daughter is even more confidant (which I didn't think was possible) and very sure of what she wants for the future. I would definitely suggest therapy for anyone and would encourage my daughter to reach out throughout her life. Life is hard everyone could use a helping hand every once in awhile.

Cassandra is incredibly positive, understanding, and supportive, which has made a world of difference in my daughter’s progress. From the start, she created a safe and welcoming space where my daughter felt comfortable opening up about her challenges. Her guidance is thoughtful and practical, offering tools and strategies that my daughter can apply in her daily life.
