What I appreciate most about Bobbi-Jo is that it doesn't 'feel like therapy' to my son. She has a gift for making the sessions feel natural and comfortable, which has allowed him to truly open up and be himself. She deeply understands the pressures kids face today—from school transitions to intense sports schedules—and meets them exactly where they are. ​Her approach is so practical and relatable, which made all the difference in his progress. In that supportive environment, my son has blossomed. He has gained a level of confidence and independence that has changed his daily life, and seeing him navigate things so self-assuredly has been incredible. My son has just begun working with Alexandra, and he is very much at ease with her. He speaks with her freely, and this is very important and not always easy for him. She responds to my messages with care, clarity, and timeliness. Although this relationship is new, I feel supported and optimistic about my son's mental well-being with help from Alexandra.
