I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, coping with grief, coping with loss, motivation, self esteem, confidence, concentration, & memory. I also have experience working with focus. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I've been in and out of different therapies over the years , and I can confidently say she's truly the therapist i've connected with the most. Everybody needs to find their person who they connect with. However, from my perspective she's the best!
