I didn’t know what to expect from our sessions. I went in with my expectations low and acceptance that it may not work extremely high. Little did I know, she exceeded my expectations. I am glad I step out of my comfort zone and started therapy

Alison has been amazing! Alison is everything a therapist should be. I'm checked in on regularly, I feel like my issues are understood, and I'm provided the tools to help through situations that are triggering. I really like the approach to therapy and enjoy, using various methods to help me see situations through a different lense. Thank you!

Alison is the best! She listens, offers comfort, and offers ways to tackle things I'm experiencing. She has the ability to redirect when I'm off track and has a plethora of knowledge and tools. Whether it's coloring, yoga, playing with toys, drawing, etc. She has a tool to help you become your best self. She is a GREAT safe space.

Love Alison! Therapy can be intimidating and she takes all the scariness out of it. Her personality comes through the screen and just eases any anxiety. She listens and helps you figure out why said thing came to be. She’s the best! I wish everyone could have an Alison.
