Adolfo is a kind, patient and thoughtful therapist. He clearly does his research and approaches each session with an open mind and a variety of ideas, which helps the session flow really naturally. He doesn't box you into techniques when they don't feel like they work for you, or he adjusts them to fit your style better. Probably the best therapist I have seen in recent years.

Adolfo is very caring and experienced. By telling him a bit about myself he was able to dig deeper into my problems , and find the root. He is also very supportive. He is great, I recommend him. Based on one session, i feel like i already know a lot more about myself.
