My goals are to help you reduce stress and anxiety due to "self-consciousness", to help you improve your self-talk, help boost your confidence and
use music, art, writing or exercise to self-soothe. I'll teach you how to focus more on what you have control over to help you feel more in charge of your life. She was a good therapist and all, I guess, but she gave kinda unhelpful advice. And I'm pretty sure in our last session she was on her computer doing something else.

Cynthia is a great listener, she’s supportive and attentive. I’ve only had a few sessions, but I’m grateful for her unbiased opinions and the empathy she has shown me.

I haven't been with Cynthia too long but have already made a good bit of progress with my mental health. She always says at least one very wise applicable thing during the session that I end up telling my friends or family and reminding myself for comfort throughout the days. Highly reccomend this process and especially Cynthia.

Cynthia helped me in a time when I really needed to talk to someone outside of the people I knew, and helped me through a lot. I was grateful every time we spoke

She responds quickly. She's a great listener and offers great advice. She's super nice and I am glad she is my counselor. She doesn't make me feel crazy or dismiss me.
