I absolutely adore Yvette. She is such a great listener, gives the best advice, really brings me down to a place of calm and acceptance, and I leave every single session with her feeling better than when I started it.

I am so pleased with how quick and easy the process was!!! Self-help never felt so stress free and easy.

I truly feel that Yvette listens to me and gives me different empowering activities that help me help myself when I am outside of sessions. I’m already feeling so comfortable with her, and I hope she knows how helpful she has been for me in such a short time. I feel heard and I can also feel her empathy even though we are not able to meet in person at this time ❤️ thanks Yvette for everything that you do!
