She is great! She’s been really helpful in how I’m dealing with my traumas

Written by G.I. on Jan 29, 2021 after counseling with Venise for 7 months on issues concerning trauma and abuse, and self esteem

I feel like I lucked out in getting matched with Venise. She’s extremely knowledgeable, understanding and personable. She’s offered a lot of great tips and exercises to help work through some personal growth. She’s also a great listener and is good in terms of following up on things I have expressed in past sessions.

She helped restore confidence in myself after experiencing grief post breakup. Overall she’s helped me “restore balance” and create a new chapter.

I would definitely recommend working with Venise.

Venise was able to make my first therapy experience a great and comfortable one. I was able to see substantial progress within a few months and reach my end goals. If I ever come to need therapy again, I will definitely reach out to her. She was respectful, made me feel comfortable, and listened to my concerns.

I am so impressed how great teen counseling is at matching clients to therapists. I was matched with Venise and she is exactly the type of professional I need to talk to and we get along great. She knows exactly what she is doing, offers useful and practical advice, and I feel incredibly comfortable with her. teen counseling has been great since the beginning.

She listens and makes sure you're heard, which is something I think anyone could use. She uses techniques I haven't used before and makes me feel comfortable in trying them out.

Venise is great! I really feel like she listens to what I am saying, and she helps me set realistic goals for myself. Because I was matched with her based on my answers when I signed up, what she has to say is really helpful to what I am going through. Should she be determined to be the best fit for what you are going through, you will not regret your time.

Venise is AMAZING. She's helped me see more clearly. She makes me feel comfortable and makes it so I know I can talk to her about everything. Even things that are buried down deep.
