I have experience in helping clients of all ages with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, anger management, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet the specific needs of a teenager . Vanessa is amazing at helping my teen daughter deal with life's challenges. My daughter had a friend who drained the life out of her with her drama and suicidal threats. Vanessa helped her navigate dealing with this toxic relationship and helped her see this was not a healthy friendship.

I love the relationship they developed and Vanessa keeping me in the loop on progress and concerns when needed.

I have recommended teen counseling several times and will keep recommending it. The ease of scheduling and having evening video appointments was key to getting an active teen the help she needed.

She makes it a very comfortable environment. She doesn’t give you that judging feeling and she actually hears you out and sympathizes with you. She’s also very helpful in breaking down the problem and finding a solution that fits for you. She always asks for consent which is nice for someone who struggles with being controlled. 100% recommend
