The techniques I use are primarily Mindful-based CBT which is a focus on the here and now. In addition, meaning-making and exploration of your schemas and belief systems can be a primary area of importance. I believe in the common-factors approach to change, where the relationship and alliance between us will guide and facilitate change. I consider myself to be feminist and relational-cultural, putting us on equal ground as we work through your areas of concern.
