While teaching, I earned a second Master's in Counseling and worked in Private Practice counseling after school was over for 11 years until I retired in from teaching in May 2019.
I feel like I can relate and develop and working professional relationship with most teens easily due to my experience and number of years in high school education. Trudi has become my lifeline for normalcy. She never hesitates to support me but also will tell me when i am wrong in my judgment of myself. She is nothing short of wonderful and worth every penny and then some
Can’t say enough how much I would recommend Trudi. She’s caring and understanding and will help navigate you to where you want to be. She’s helped me get to a place that I struggled with for so long and always made me feel heard and understood.
Trudi makes me feel comfortable so I can be open with her, that means I can speak freely and she can then help me better get through my difficult time.
Trudi is very caring and makes me feel like my feelings are important
We are just getting started with services but Trudi has been extremely helpful and responsive. My son had one session so far and he enjoyed it.
She listens and asks great questions
I have had a positive experience with Trudi as my first therapist on teen counseling. She's open, friendly and available to listen to my challenges and the specific concerns I started with in my relationship and with parenting. She shared warmly, honestly, and provided a Great balance of feedback, clarity, and questions that helped me consider and reflect in and outside our sessions. I will continue the therapy journey feeling more aware, understood, a bit more confident and having a plan for moving forward despite ongoing difficulties. Thank you
