Tasha has been a great resource. She listens well and offers advice and opportunities for me to improve and I really like the fact that I can text when something comes up and she responds in a Timely manner.

Tasha is extremely caring and personal. She worked with my daughter and I to help address her mental health issues and come up with healthy coping strategies. Tasha is an amazing counselor. I highly recommend her.

I have just recently started therapy with Tasha and I can already tell she is easy to talk to and good at what she does. I was very anxious to start therapy, she could even tell at our initial session within the first 5 minutes of talking to me. She made me feel very comfortable just by questions and making it feel more like we were just having a conversation. She seems very knowledgeable and quick to respond too! I can’t wait to continue meeting with Tasha!

Tasha has given me comfort that everything will be ok again. She makes me feel like I have a safe space and I’m not alone. She explains everything out and has an open mind and helps me do things step-by-step so I don’t get too overwhelmed. I have had 3 appointments and my anxiety has already started to decrease.
