Tahra is a good therapist, even though I just started for a few weeks it feels like I’m being heard and understood and that’s what I want.

Written on Jul 26, 2021 after therapy with Tahra for 3 months on issues concerning stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and grief

Tahra was just what the doctor ordered. In our first session she made me feel extremely comfortable and she was such a great listener. Tahra made me feel like my therapy sessions were just me venting to a friend who gives great advice! I was in a difficult place when we met but after the tools she gave and a few sessions i felt empowered to make better decisions, and was able to manage my anxiety much better. Thank you for EVERYTHING!
