Sterling is great. He takes the time to listen and give advice that also aligns with my spiritual beliefs. When there are lapse in our sessions (unable to schedule weekly) he checks in throughout the week in between appointments.

Mr. Gibson was very attentive when I spoke. He didn't interrupt me nor did he make me feel as if he were judging me. After our first session, I felt encouraged and understood. He checked in with me frequently after our first session. Over the course of the weeks after our session, I did feel anxious about any situation at work. I was able to walk myself through each issue.

Mr Gibson has been great for my teen. He promptly responds to my daughter and me through messages. Having someone my daughter can talk to on different formats (phone, video, messaging) is really important depending on her mood. Mr Gibson is very communicative, listens well and has really helped my daughter through her anxiety and depression.

Although I have only had one live session with Sterling so far, he has been amazing about checking in with me via the app. He is incredibly perceptive, noticing things about a client very quickly that possibly he/she hadn't realized about themself.
