Stephen has really helped me in so many ways. He is somebody I can open up to about my relationship challenges and has offered a variety of resources to help me gain a better perspective and ideas on how to improve my situation. I enjoy his welcoming and light hearted personality, and he is also a great listener. Highly recommend!
Steve is an amazing therapist and a great guy! He helped my boyfriend and me improve our communication skills. When I first started therapy with Steve, the relationship with my boyfriend was rocky and I had high levels of anxiety, but after working with Steve, my anxiety significantly decreased and I can confidently say that my relationship with my boyfriend is better than it has ever been! 10/10 recommend
We both love Stephen!! He is a great person and listens to me, makes me feel like my feelings are valid, and really cares about his clients deeply. Cannot recommend him enough! We went through 2 therapists before Stephen and like they say, 3rd times a charm!

Very professional and personal. Encouraging and insightful!
Stephen is wonderful, I feel that he genuinely cared about how I felt and wanted me to feel better mentally. I found it easy to express myself and share my thoughts as he was always understanding and encouraging, he also gave wise advice, which I know will stick with me. I’m really grateful for my time with him :)
Steve is the best! He knows and understands how to communicate with people and understands what you are going through. I like the fact that he gives other ideas then just thinking about things. He sends messages all the time of encouragement.
Steve's a great listener and pays attention to my issues prior to recommending tools to help out.
Very good listener, and shares practical tips. Very cheerful and nice to talk to
I am only 2 sessions in with Stephen and I already can feel myself thinking differently about the choices I make and about my future. He has been awesome!
