I have experience in helping children and adolescents with coping with grief and loss, depression, emotional regulation, & anger management. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I use games, art and videos watching to help teens feel comfortable with the counseling process. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage.
