I had a great experience with Sheila McGee. She was very understanding and really took the time to listen. I felt like she had experience with what I was going through, and she gave me thoughtful options that were truly in my best interest. I especially appreciated the way she asked me questions that helped me dig deeper into why I think the way I do—it really helped me get to the root of things. I left each session feeling supported and with more clarity.
