Sharlese is kind, empathetic, and easy to communicate with. She’s been responsive to my issues, remembers them the next session, and overall the guidance and perspective she’s given me has been absolutely invaluable.
She is helpful in guiding me on how to engage with my daughter and we are able to communicate better.
Sharlese is personable and approachable and supportive while providing firm and assertive guidance.
This was my first experience with adult therapy. Sharlese helped me out of a particularly difficult breakup. She kept my perspective healthy and was there to listen when “burdening” my friends and family felt like too much.
Sharlese is kind, positive, listens to me, and proves me with positive options to my concerns. I love my calls with Sharlese and can talk to her about my most private concerns and know they will be met with compassion and empathy. I look forward to our calls and being about to get my concerns off my mind.
To say Sharlese Jones is awesome would be an understatement. She has exceeded all my expectations as a counselor. I was having a big challenge making peace with my issues and moving forward and by talking to her, my partner and I was able to get the clarity we needed to move forward. She is very patient and will give you a platform to express yourself and also give the necessary homework each week which is needed to improve. The following week the homework is discussed and points from the previous week reenforced. I recommend Sharlese 200% and I felt like she has become a part of me. Thank you for giving us your time, for quick response and always being there to guide us.
Very easy to talk to. Relatable. Kind. And patient
Appreciate she follows up with me
Sharlese is kind and attentive. It’s so easy to talk to her, almost like talking to a friend or mentor. I am someone who tends to seclude themselves from the world and Sharlese does a great job of checking in on me to make sure I’m okay.
Thank you for being there for me when I needed it most!
Ms. Sharlese is fair and clear. She listens to both sides and offers great examples and homework geared towards the individual needs and specific understandings. Ms. Sharlese is constructive and is clear on social dynamic understanding of our multicultural society and recognize differences and possibly misunderstandings. I think Ms. Sharlese is highly qualified and I would recommend her to my friends, family and professionals for her services.
Sharlese Jones has taken the time to listen to me and counsel me in troubling times. I value her prayers and insights.
Gives very practical advice. When we do phone calls, I feel very respected as someone who is queer and POC. I'd recommend Sharlese if you're looking for pragmatic solutions to offset the difficulties of having mental illness.
Sharlese Jones is the best counselor on earth. God bless her always.
Sharlese is a great counselor who understands different couple’s unique circumstances and dynamics and responds with well thought out points to consider and information that help give a different perspective, as well as validates and addresses all feelings and concerns.
I really enjoy talking to Sharlese. She is caring, insightful and perceptive. She gets it right away and also is a wonderful sounding board - offering important insights and things to think about. I'm very happy she was the counselor I was paired with.
Sharlese Jones is very good at what she does. She has a very strong knowledge base, that she draws upon with ease. Aside from knowing her stuff, she is very polite and professional. She walks the line between professional and personable, and that is not an easy thing to do.
Thanks for listening to my thoughts, it floods a lot and it's nice to write it out and have a responses that are educated and informed.
