I have been a licensed LPC counselor in Missouri for the past five years. Working with individuals, families, and couples has provided me with the ability to assist individuals throughout many aspects of their lives. I have had the privilege of providing indivdiual therapy to many adolescents throughout my career and have assisted them with managing depression, anxiety, family concerns, substance abuse concerns, and many other topics.
I have had training in DBT, CBT, EMD-R and continue to grow my therapeutic knowledge through self-training and through clinical training. I have had the pleasure of working in many different fields throughout my life time and feel this has provided me with the ability to look at situations from a variety of different perspectives.
I firmly believe that when a person makes the choice to make changes in their life then they are on the path to becoming who they want to be.
I look forward to hearing from you and assisting you with determining who you want to be.

Savannah is very warm and responsively helpful. Her therapy session is always soothing and helped me make through a lot of difficult days. I'm still suffering. But I will keep trying, with the help from lovely Savannah.
After initially being matched with a counselor who just wasn't working for us (slow to respond and not great about scheduling sessions), we've been thrilled with Savannah. She's really helped our son make it to the final weeks of the school year in a much better position than he had been. He feels more confident in his abilities, feels less stressed, is communicating more clearly, and is more aware of how his decisions impact his performance, and also how they impact others. She's also been so helpful to us as parents, just as a sounding board, and in getting us to think about our own choices. Really pleased.
Savannah is really nice and understanding!! She's easy to chat and we had some good laughs together! We just started councelling so I can't really say about long term yet, but so far so good
Savannah is amazing and a great person to talk to
Savannah is my second therapist so I was initially unsure on how this would work, if I’d feel comfortable opening up to her. The first meeting was usual but things got better. She was quick in her response and I appreciated that she’d check in. She is supportive and posiitve which really helped with increasing the comfort level to confide and get to the bottom of things. We set personal goals and she empowers me to work on next steps together. At any time when I took a few steps back, she’s kind, empathetic and encouraging.
Savannah is a great listener and made me feel comfortable with her relaxed, kind energy to speak openly. My time spent talking to Savannah helped me feel happier in myself. Thank you!
I can highly recommend Savannah to anyone. There is not enough word to describe how supportive and kind she is.
Our sessions are very refreshing and helping me to cope with everyday struggles.
She understands me and encourage to complete activities which are helping me to deal with my anxiety. She never judges and always listens to all my problems.
Don't know how I would survive last couple months without her.
Savannah is truly wonderful. Over the years I have built up so many walls and I am the type that feels very anxious to open up to anyone and be vulnerable. She always checked up on me to make sure I am okay and offers her services to me. She is very patient with me and very respectful of what I have to say. I can't recommend Savannah enough because she genuinely tries her best to make sure that I am doing alright and encourages me to the right path.
I’ve been working with Savannah for a couple of months now and she is just amazing. The stability and strength I’ve gained both mentally and emotionally is fantastic, I’m at a place I never thought I would be. Savannah is a very caring and open minded individual who shows great empathy when working with me, I can speak freely without the fear of being judged. I always know that regardless of any situation or rant that I need; I can turn to Savannah!
I've been working with Savannah for a few weeks and she's wonderful. She responds really quickly to my messages and checks in if she hasn't heard from me in a few days. She gives me a lot of practical advice to help me manage my anxiety and organize my thoughts and is super kind, supportive and understanding.
I have already recommended teen counselling to friends who also have struggling teens in need of support and guidance.
I asked my daughter how she was finding teen counselling? Her reply was reassuring, her counsellor encourages her to talk, because she is not just a counsellor she is a therapist, she is there whenever she needs her via messenger chat, responds quickly and has weekly 1-2-1 messenger chats.
I would recommend this service to any concerned parents struggling to support their teenager.
Savannah Harness is absolutely amazing. I was so hesitant to try therapy for the first time, especially with it being online, but she has made me feel comfortable and heard. She responds quickly and to every single one of my concerns. It has only been a couple of weeks and I already feel so much better talking to her. Thank you Savannah.
Savannah is very thoughtful and checks in on you throughout the week. Doing EMDR has already had incredible changes to my life and dealing with problematic memories. She also makes sure to take you through any sensations through breathing exercises which is very helpful. I would really recommend her as a therapist!
She is a very good listener. Understands cultural diversity in reference to respect, integrity and morals. She provided very useful resources which I benefited a lot and my siblings. I will keep her as the family therapist.
Savannah is great, she always answers my long messages and never forgets to comment on each part. She makes me consider things I never even thought of before. I can feel my confidence growing.
Savannah is a great listener. She’s very easy to talk to about any issues you’re having and she provides excellent advice.
Savannah is a great therapist. She's a good listener, understanding and offers very good feedback based on what you've said, even despite the topics being very tricky. I would wholeheartedly recommend her
It's early days but Savannah has been an asset to the teen counseling platform so far. She's responsive, flexible, easily engenders trust and she feels both authentic and relateable. The tasks she sets are small enough to feel achieveable and big enough to get you moving in the right direction.
