Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Sarah Sifran-McClellan. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Teen Counseling might be different.
Sarah has such a wonderful way of presenting information and ideas. She is helpful without being overwhelming, has a good warm heart, experienced beyond her years, she draws from so many different professional experiences, and she has a fantastic laugh and sense of humor. I look forward to talking to her, and feel like I have a good handle on things when we’re done with our sessions.
Sarah is great, she encourages me to grow in a very direct and personalized way. She calls me on any self deprecation/sabotage and encourages me to continue to pause and reflect and choose differently than I have in the past and recognizes when I have done so to encourage my healing process. She is personable and kind, but also assertive when it’s called for. She’s amazing. Highly recommend.
Very helpful and easy to talk to.
Sarah is observant, a great listener, and asks thought provoking questions.
Sarah is an amazing listener, but also a great coach. When I met her I had zero emotional intelligence. She has helped me continue growing into the person I want to be.
Sarah is awesome! I enjoy talking with her because she will listen and she’ll present a view that I’m not thinking about. I always to step outside of my comfort zone with people from other backgrounds, ethnicities, lifestyles, etc. because it helps me understand a view other than my own experiences. I appreciate her very much.
I've had well over five therapists in my short life, and Sarah is by far the most genuine, experienced and thoughtful one. I really appreciate that Sarah doesn't tell me just what I want to hear, but what I need to hear - and in a way I can accept without feeling like she is judging me. I went through a difficult time this last year, and I know I wouldn't be where I am without her.
Sarah has very neutral energy. She seems to be a very well rounded person and is highly educated with many years of experience. She is respectful and very insightful! She is happy to provide resources and “homework” and great advice! She’s been a very safe and comfortable feeling person to me. I would highly recommend her!
Sarah is the best therapist I have ever had. She listens and gives me new ways of looking at things that help me navigate through my daily life. I love her personality too.! She helps me to feel better about myself.
Sarah was awesome and very helpful. I appreciate the time she helped me get through what I needed to. Really helped turn me around and work on me.
Sarah is great- what i appreciate most about her is that her approach feels very solutions based. She listens well and offered relevant advice. Highly recommend
Sarah is a great listener, with an open mind and heart! She provides me with lots of tips and tools such as sentence starters to help me strength my communication skills and better my relationships!
i love sarahs approach to therapy, sometimes i dont recognize the thing were working on until i have got there myself. she has a very soft hand usually but when theres real big problems she knows what shes doing and can navigate a trauma trigger or new trauma really well and its like talking to your best friend. shes so good.
I have enjoyed working with Sarah and she has been very helpful in helping me often tidy the things that I need to work on as well as providing coping skills and things to do in times of stress.
Sarah has helped me a lot and helped me open my eyes to my situation in just the few weeks she's been my therapist! I highly recommend!!
My therapist is everything they need to be for me
Sarah has helped me for the last year and a half, and has truly helped me become the person I am now. I’m forever grateful for the tools and expertise she has provided for me!
Sarah is a very knowledgeable and caring therapist. I feel she gives me information that helps me better understand why I may be feeling the way I am, that it’s more normal for lack of a better word than what I may be thinking on what I’m feeling or going through. She provides extra material for me to better educate myself as well. I highly recommend her.
She is thorough and very resourceful.
She has helped change my point of view in just a few sessions and I appreciate it more than she will ever know!
Sarah has been really helpful and I look forward to continuing working together.
Sarah brings a helpful mix of practical actions and empathetic listening that has allowed me to address difficult situations with more confidence knowing that I have a strong advocate to help me navigate
Sarah is just what I need right now and I don’t know where I would be without her.
Sarah is a fantastic therapist and person. Although I have always been apprehensive about sharing my emotions with people (even my closest friends/family), she made me feel comfortable. Her welcoming and understanding presence made it effortless for me to confide my deepest and insecure feelings. I would recommend her to anyone, regardless if they think they need therapy or not. Thank you for everything, Sarah <3
Mrs. Sara is amazing… she has helped me with things that I didn’t think was possible to get through.
Sarah is an amazing therapist. She is supportive, challenges my beliefs in a really healthy way, gives me actionable changes, and my personal style is to laugh through a lot of things and she shares in that experience with me. Overall a great therapist, especially for my needs.
Sarah is an amazing therapist. Very easy to talk to, as if I’m talking with an old friend. She listens and gives honest feedback. Sometimes it’s not what you want to hear, but need to hear. She also guided me in developing practical tools to manage stress and anxiety, parenting struggles, and relationship issues that have done wonders. Highly recommended!

She has been and continue to be a blessing in my life. I highly recommend her!
She is sends me notes when she is thinking about how I am doing. I appreciate that a lot
