Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Sarah Krogulecki. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Teen Counseling might be different.
She has helped me so much. Without her, I wouldn't have been able to overcome my struggles by way I have. Every conversation with her makes me feel better. I'd recommend Sarah to anybody.
Sarah is AWESOME!!! Really feels like she’s engaged and listening to everything I say and finding ways to help me through things that I have a hard time understanding.
She’s is the most amazing, patient and very caring
Sarah has been great through all of the stressful experiences I’ve gone through during therapy during the last year.
Sarah has been such a great support on understanding myself and giving myself permission to really feel though the hard things.
She has helped me in more ways I thought possible.
The last 18 months of my life had been something out of a horror movie it seemed. One year ago I decided at my daughters encouragement to seek therapy to help me through it all. I couldn't have been happier to have been matched with Sarah. She helped me immensely as I unpacked all of the things and helped me realize it wasn't all my fault. I highly recommend her, and should the need arise again, know that she will be my go to. She is caring, asks the right questions to help me figure out my next steps. She is absolutely amazing!
Absolute treasure. Has been a tremendous help to me and genuinely cares about her clients. Knowledgeable, engaging, and especially good with ADHD and autism related issues. Couldn't recommend her any more highly!
Sarah is very attentive and knowledgeable about my concerns and well-being. I only hesitate to recommend her because I wish I could have more and longer sessions with her.
Thank You Sarah for all your help.
She’s a boss.
She has always be there and knows of different ways for coping besides medicine.
I really like Sarah. She helps me with so much and is very personable and supportive. She is real, she keeps it light but also honest. Doesn’t shame or make you feel bad.
teen counseling has amazing benefits and truly has helped me!
Sarah is amazing! Very knowledgeable, and helpful when trying to explain something going on her patients life. Always looking to learn more and be more helpful to the people she helps!
Sarah has been amazing every step of the way. She is so positive and has truly be transformative in my life.
I thought I was lost forever but Sarah helped me realize that I can get out of this.
I don't generally write reviews but having felt confident enough for the first time in a long while to stop doing therapy, I have my therapist to thank for that. First time I ever felt comfortable sharing uncomfortable details and as much of the truth as possible with a professional. It helps definitely that there is a feeling of being related to on a genuinely human level as well as similarities in perspective. Overall very good at understanding where I'm coming from and being encouraging. It really helps finding a therapist who you can relate to and speak to as openly as possible if you want to truly go deep in understanding how you work and the why and how behind your experiences
Just getting started and what I have learned and been giving advice or counseling in, is changing me as a person.
Keeps me thinking and understanding myself better. I am a non traditional person and it's nice to have a therapist like Sarah to validate my feelings and emotions. Greatly appreciated.
I have been through quite a few therapists and honestly I wasn't feeling the most optimistic about it going better this time lol I made the jump and I met Sarah and she changed my mind. She didn't just tell me to do some breathing exercises, which never really helped me in the middle of my traumatic events anyways and I also feel like she is actually trauma informed and experienced, as well as sincerely caring and genuine. It made me stick it out and really picture progress this time around. Some things I don't believe you can train though, Sarah is great at her job.
I have only had 3 appointments but so far Sarah is the type of therapist where the environment feels comfortable and easy to just start "spilling". Im really enjoying my sessions with her and im very confident she has the expertise to help me overcome my difficult time!
Sarah is very patient, kind and easy to talk to about everything. I feel safe, at ease, and like I have a really good friend taking care of me. I highly recommend her, especially for LGBTQIA folks!
Great listener with amazing ways of solving or approaching issues/concerns.

Sarah has been an excellent advocate for me on the therapeutic side of things and I am grateful for all Sarah has done for me.
Very friendly, approachable, and helped me work through some complicated stuff
I've been able to weed out a lot of things that have been bringing me down because of her words
Sarah has been thoughtful, helpful, and supportive!
Sarah has been very helpful, encouraging me to do what's best for me and helping me learn to value my mental health first
My daughter is a client of Sarah’s. She has been flexible in scheduling and gracious when we’ve messed up the scheduling. Sarah responds in a timely manner when I send a message and reaches out when needed. My daughter reports feeling comfortable talking and sharing with her and responds and listens to what Sarah says to her.
