About me
I completed my Masters of Social Work at Wayne State University. I am a fully licensed clinical social worker. I have been working with individuals, couples and families since 2018. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but have experience with other therapy styles as well. I have worked with people who experience MDD, GAD, BPD, ADHD, PTSD, DMDD and symptoms that may not meet full diagnostic criteria.
I have experience working with teens who may be actively self-harming or have a self-harm history. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and will support any teen who may be questioning their orientation or identity. I will provide a neutral space for feelings to be felt! My hope is that together we can work towards better mental health and a greater understanding of yourself.

I appreciate the care and expertise Sara provides my daughter.
Dr. Sara has been so wonderful in helping me with my anxiety issues. She provides an amazing outlet for me and helps gives me a different perspective on situations that I need help getting through, past and present!
I feel so incredibly lucky that I found Sara. Years of therapy and she is by far the best at meeting me where I’m at and working with me at a pace that is manageable to meet my goals. I look forward to our sessions every week because I always walk away feeling empowered to confront my issues with confidence.
Sara is insightful and supportive. She has a perfect balance of holding me accountable and giving me space to figure things out myself. She’s also pretty funny.
