Hey there teen!

I wanna say congrats starting off, how wonderful and lucky you are to start your mental health journey at such a young age. This will set you up to be a well rounded adult and I would love to help you along your journey.

There is so much that is beyond your control at this age, and with the added stress of everything going on lately it can become quite stressful and isolating. I can promise that no matter what is going on you have just booked yourself with the biggest advocate you could ever ask for. I can't promise that you'll agree or even like everything I say, but I can guarantee you that I will always be as fair as possible and if you're right then you will hear it from me. I'm your number 1 hype man and safe place to go to. As the parent of a teen myself I also know some of the cool hip lingo too:D
