I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida with twenty five years of experience working in a variety of settings. I have vast experience working with adolescents who have experienced trauma, abuse , bullying, school related issues including academic struggles, relationship issues, or are struggling with Anxiety, Depression, or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. I have worked in a myriad of community settings including community mental health, family counseling centers, crisis centers, and the school setting.
My approach to therapy is very client centered. I truly believe that each person is an unique individual and deserves to be heard and respected for their individual life experience. I like to use therapeutic approaches that take into account the strengths, interests, and beliefs of the clients I am working with. I strongly believe in the family being the most important support system in a teen's life and love to work with adolescents to feel comfortable in sharing their life experiences and opportunities for growth with their identified family support person. I commit to tailoring a treatment plan with you and your child to include goals that are important for them and providing each person with a treatment approach that feels right for them.
Please share with your teen that it takes courage and commitment to share your families experience with another person. I would like to say thank you for trusting me with your thoughts and feeling as we work together to achieve the goals that are important to you.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Robyn Royall. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Teen Counseling might be different.
She is good.
It was very helpful she was very professional
With past therapists I felt nervous about the sessions because I knew they were going to be hard work. With Robyn I don't feel that at all. We talk about really deep stuff and it feels easy somehow. I've had revelation after revelation and even after only a handful of sessions, I feel I'm making real progress. Robyn is so comfortable to talk to, naturally empathetic and just seems to have this way of hitting the nail on the head. I feel sad that she was so busy when I first joined - she's in high demand because she's so good - so book her while you still can!
She is the best honestly she got my husband and me to communicate better.
Just an intro session today, but I feel very good about the relationship. Robyn clearly is empathetic, can restate my issues clearly & concisely, listens well and has an engaging personality. She has a good sense of humor and lets me joke - which helps me to relieve tension.
Very quick to respond. Able to change thought process quickly in response to patient needs
