About Me

I am Rhonda Gail Mason, licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I have served the mental health community for over 20 years with 10 years of clinical experience. With a collegiate discipline of school social worker, I have served one of the country’s largest school district which led to positively impacting both student and parents. Having lived in 8 of our great United States, I have been afforded the opportunity to learn and serve uniquely diverse populations.

I have served children from Kindergarten to twelfth grade with a wide range of social and emotional concerns and severity of need such as: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, Attachment Disorders, Conduct Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, OCD and ADHD. Additionally, supported those who have experienced physical trauma, sexual abuse and or emotional abuse.
My client engagement is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, without stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, strength-based, and Person-centered counseling. Together we will create our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek help to achieve a more fulfilling and peaceful life. Seeking support is the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to taking the journey with you.

Rhonda is extremely supportive, kind, and inviting. She made me feel instantly calm which allowed me to open up right from our first session. I leave our sessions feeling hopeful and I always look forward to the next one. I have zero doubts she will be able to help me through my issues.

The worksheet has great exercises and he continues to use them . My son feels much more open to counseling and I am happy we took the step to move forward.

Dr. Rhonda is a God-sent! I enjoyed our time conversations. I am forever grateful of how she helped me through a very difficult time in my life. I feel equipped and confident to get through this next season. Thank you for your encouragement, care and concern, and shift in perspective. The GLAD exercise was especially my favorite.... She really cares and she's professional and kind. She gave me homework that wasn't overbearing and really helped me to put things into perspective. I had to be introspective to complete them and I loved it! I would recommend her to any and everybody!

Rhonda has been a great help to me. I was in an environment where I had no one to really confide in or talk to about major issues going on
