About me

I’m Rachel and I’m excited you have found my page! You being here means that you, or someone you love, is going through a tough time. I'd like to remind you that it can get better and I want to tell you that I'd like to help you. I love working with people while teaching skills to help manage stress, anxiety, and sadness. I like helping people find their passion in life and guiding them to be their best self.

So, here is a little bit about me. I’m a licensed therapist who earned my Master's Degree from University of Maryland, College Park in 2010. I’ve been a therapist for 10 years and absolutely love what I do. I work with children, teenagers, young adults, and adults of all ages. Some of my greatest accomplishments have been making a real difference helping individuals and families work through anxiety, sadness, challenges, and changes.

Lastly, here is my promise to you. I understand that starting this process can be scary. That is why I am committed to making it as easy as possible. You won’t wait weeks for an appointment and you'll walk away with answers. You will have a clear understanding of what we are working on in the therapy room and the changes we are striving to make. Real change and support will happen within a place that feels comfortable and safe.
