Hello!
We all have moments and experiences when we seek support and advise from those who have been there, and done that and perhaps more. We seek support from those who are considered experts regarding our needs. Well let me say, you have come to the right site and you, now have an opportunity to work with one of the most highly trained psychotherapist in the field of psychology.
My name is Dr. Patricia Bell, LMHC (License Mental health Counselor). I have a PsyD. in Counseling from a well respected and accredited university. And I have more than fifteen years experience in the field of Counseling and Psychotherapy.
​I’m confident that together we can work to help equip you with the necessary tools to help you whether you’re struggling with Relationships, Depression, Anger Management, Substance-related Issues, Sex Offenders, Anxiety, or Low Self-Esteem Issues, it is important that you know you don’t have to be alone in this journey. My expertise also includes working with youths and juveniles especially in the area of behavioral and Anger control related issues. In addition, I have raised four children of my own. Two girls and two boys. I have the experience to help you achieve your goals, overcome these struggles, and live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
During my work process, I often incorporate techniques and ideas from other counseling modalities. However, my foundational reference of training comes from Cognitive therapy. Cognitive Therapy is a modality (therapy) which seeks to challenge and to address negative self-thoughts and behaviors. All in an effort to dismantle and/or alter unwanted behaviors or mood patterns such as depression.

Dr Bell has been, and continues to be, an incredible therapist for my partner and I. I spent 3 days going over which counselor would best suit my needs. I picked Dr.Bell based off of her extensive time spent to get to the PSYD level & the fact that she has more life experience than I. To my surprise, Dr.Bell went above & beyond to make sure I was doing well throughout the week, made sure I was heard, & didn't sugar coat things. This got me conquering goals asap. Speaking with Dr.Bell is like having that friend everyone wants in their corner who's always honest. I highly recommend you get counseled by Dr.Bell, especially if you don't know who to choose. Her expertise in the field will truly help you get to where ever it is that you want to go. Take care.

This was my first time speaking to a counselor and I had a great session with Dr. Bell. She is easy to talk to and asks thought-provoking questions that helped me better understand my situation. I found her to be patient and calm throughout our session, which in turn assisted me with opening up. I would recommend her to anyone seeking to understand themselves better and break old habits.

I have been working with Dr. Bell for a couple months now and I am very happy with my experience. Dr. Bell is well versed in the subject matter of couples therapy. She is assisting my fiancé and I prepare for our upcoming nuptials and she holds us both accountable for our actions. She also has a little comedic side to her as well. I would strongly recommend her for couples/premarital counseling.

I honestly appreciate Dr.Bell’s support so much. I feel lighter. As Dr.Bell is going out of her way supporting and helping people heal as their facilitator; I hope and pray that genuine people are there to support and help her whenever she seeks for some help as it pertains to whatever is personal to her.
