About Me
Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and have been licensed with the state of Texas for over 15 years. I have had my own Private Practice for the past 14 years. I specialize in working with children and teens in Foster Care and Adoptive homes. My entire career has been focused on working with individuals and families as they work through significant life changes and challenges. My approach to therapy tends to be Client-Centered with my teens. This means they will play a very active part in directing the sessions and we will work together to set goals. I also conduct Play Therapy with my younger clients.

Michelle has been extremely helpful. She makes it easy for me to get things off my chest. She never makes me feel like i’m crazy after sharing what I’m going through or went through. When I’m having a bad day she can turn it into a good day. She listens well and gives honest feedback. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone who has a lot on their mind.
I was really happy with my therapy session experiences with Michelle. It was actually my first time doing therapy and I live across the world from her and it perfectly worked! She has made me realize and think about stuff in a way that I have never did. She listened to me and supported me so much.
I've only had a few sessions with Michelle, but Michelle has already made me feel at ease. She asks really thoughtful questions that get you talking and thinking and reflecting. I couldn't ask for a better provider!
Great support. Flexible and caring
Great counseling, felt comfortable talking to her.
