About me
I am licensed as a therapist in Arizona with 21 years of experience working with all ages. My professional experience has included co-facilitating social skills groups for elementary and middle school kids for over twenty years.
Being a mother of three and grandmother to three has provided me with plenty of practical "hands-on" experience. My years of education, plus my years of counseling kids have together provided me with plenty of professional experience.
I help teens deal with peer pressure, family discord (especially conflict with parents), divorce, peer conflicts, effective communication, making decisions, responsible use of the internet and social media, making and keeping friendships, dealing effectively with parental expectations, successfully interfacing with teachers and school administration, and (very importantly) living a joyful life.

She is thoughtful and really tries to help with any issue you might have. She is encouraging when you make good progress as well.
Caring, respectful, insightful and able to break progress down into manageable bits that can be attained. I would recommend Mary to anyone
I've only had one session with Mary at this time. I will say she listens and is very helpful with everything.
She was very attentive to my needs and concerns as a parent along with being receptive to my child’s needs as well!
