Has your adolescent's mood or behaviors changed dramatically over the past year? If so, it might be helpful to provide them an opportunity to speak with someone outside of the home. Adolescense is filled with self-exploration, questioning, insecurities, and changes - both physically and emotionally. One of my passions is to assist adolescents as they experience challenges finding who they are through the school and home community system. I have assisted many adolescents with anxiety disorders feel and perform successfully in appropriate school settings.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to discuss and explore what they seeking through their behaviors at this time. I have worked with adolescents in school, inpatient, and outpatient therapy settings. I find ways to hear what they are "saying" even when they aren't talking. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing, and Family systems approach. Each adolescent is different in their expressions and I tailor my interventions to the individual client.

Our daughter feels heard and likes having a neutral person to talk with about things in her life.
Lynn has been a great resource to lean on and very helpful in keeping me on track through difficult times. She listens and has good advice.
I appreciate Lynn’s ability to listen and hold space for me when we communicate. She listens without judgement and helps me realize some easily accessible strategies for coping .
Lynn was great in listening to both of our needs and helping us figure our emotions out. I would absolutely recommend her to a friend.
She’s awesome! It takes some time to understand the value of therapy but after many sessions with her and I started to see things that I probably would not have been able to even if she had pointedly said them to me in the first 2 to 3 sessions. She’s understanding, flexible, unassuming, and reliable. I’ve had issues with the platform but because I like her I choose to stay. I’ve had issues with the platform but because I really like her I choose to stay. I would highly recommend her!
I appreciate Lynn's directness in speaking with me. Her matter-of-fact speech cuts to the heart of the issue and helps me understand more quickly. And when I don't, I am grateful for her patience.
Lynn is sharp, efficient, and focused. She listens intently, asks pointed questions, and then makes specific recommendations. Very happy with Lynn. Would recommend her to anyone.
From my experience, Lynn is extremely helpful, asks the right questions, and has already helped me realize things about myself I never knew.
Lynn has been so wonderful. Truly grateful for her and her expertise.
I have been working with Lyn for a little over a month and I have already made a lot of progress. She has been very professional and I immediately felt that she understood right away my concerns. We moved right away to strategies to help mitigate them and she has been very supportive. She gives a lot of insight and feedback so I really see that she is 100% focused on me. I already identified new areas to work and explore. Very hands on. Also, Lynn has a great sense of humor and a very supportive tone that made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
I have been working with Lynn for just a short period of time but I knew right away she was a match for me. I always felt like her feedback was on point. Always professional and pleasant. She had a way of touching on the positives before addressing the negatives. Nothing ever felt like a black and white approach but more of here are some options to consider approach. I would highly recommend her.
