About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with in a variety of settings. I have specialized in adolescent and family therapy over the past 7 years. I have worked with a wide range of concerns including PTSD, substance abuse, addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting concerns, life transitions, attachment, and ADHD.

I am trained in a variety of evidence based models including EMDR, TFCBT, Motivational Interviewing, Seeking Safety, and Multi-dimensional Family Therapy. My approach combines frameworks from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Liberation Psychology, and Somatic work. I believe in creating an inclusive, accepting, brave space for your healing journey. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

Lindsay, although it’s only been two sessions so far has been a welcomed addition to my life and is helping me work through some long seeded family and confrontational trauma. I cannot say how much I appreciate her.
