About me
Hi - I'm Lesley. I am a licensed professional clinical counselor with the mission of helping people live intentionally and wholly, even when life presents challenges and pain.
My professional experience consists of over 15 years of working with populations I'm passionate about helping, including working with teens, students at the collegiate level, with survivors of sexual assault, couples & families. Being a teen is hard. And not always fun or enjoyable. I'm passionate about working with teens to help make these sometimes difficult and confusing years more manageable and hopefully more enjoyable.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Business Management & Economics from University of Mount Union in Alliance, Ohio and received my Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina.
In addition to my professional work as a Counselor, I am a Certified Coach and trained Mediator.

She has given me many great suggestions for improving my relationship with my husband while maintaining my dignity and self respect. Most of all, she has been a friendly and safe place to voice my concerns and frustrations, giving me some peace of mind that I had not had in a long time. When I began working with Lesley I told her that I am very visual in my words and thoughts, she immediately understood and has communicated often with clear word pictures. I have learned so much while working with Lesley C. She listens to me carefully and responds with words and phrases that reappear in my thoughts when I need encouragement or support. We are gently and purposefully working through my issues and I am grateful and looking forward to all that is to come.
Lesley and I have only had two sessions so far, but I like the process thus far and her way of talking through things with me. The ease of this internet service and its financial aid have helped an already stressful process. I plan on continuing work with her.
