Hello, My name is Laura Noelle, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. In our human experience we are all unique, and one size does not fit all. Together, we will develop a that is specific to your needs and designed to support you in reaching the outcomes you desire. I will provide you with a warm, nonjudgmental environment, a safe place to explore the issues preventing you from living the life you want. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotionally Focused Therapy are some of the approaches to therapy we may explore. My clinical experience includes assisting teens cope and manage traumatic stress, addiction, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, family and relationship issues and other challenges. I look forward to working alongside you as you explore the challenge of moving toward what is important to you, developing skills and tools to use along the way.
