Teens experience stress from so many different areas of life. It can be overwhelming trying to offer them support. If your teen is withdrawing, having difficulties at school or social settings, or coping with trauma, I would like to offer my support. When teens experience abuse, stress, anxiety, depression, low-self esteem, or trauma they may begin to act out or have a drastic behavior change.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. I have more than 8 years of Psychotherapy experience. I have worked with ages 8- adult. My experience ranges from working with a wide range of matters such as: ADHD, Depression, Stress management, Low Self-Esteem, Anxiety, and social related issues, trauma, and grief to name a few.
My Counseling style is nurturing, caring, warm, but direct. I believe that labels sometimes put unnecessary stigmas on people. My counseling style combines Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy and a Person Centered approach. I use Mindfulness techniques to assist people with developing healthy ways to cope with current and future stress. I personalize treatment to meet each teens specific needs. I am here to assist and support teens in whatever area they need support. I use technology and other interest of teens to connect with them on a level that feels safe and comfortable for them. I understand that it can be overwhelming picking the right therapist. I am excited and honored you picked me to support you on this journey. I look forward to being your source of support.

Latasha is an integral part of our daughter's mental health and well-being program. We are very grateful to be working with her.
Latasha has been a God send. She is very patient and understanding . Latasha has assisted me in dealing with grief, trauma and past traumas. This has been a beneficial experience
Latasha is such a great listener. She is easy to relate to and challenges you to think differently about yourself and your situations. She makes sure our sessions stay on track by circling back to goals and desires for progress.
Latasha is a wonderful therapist. Every conversation I have with her feels natural and she is an active listener. She is great at providing tools and resources to use, as well. When I originally began my sessions, I had really bad insomnia and anxiety. With her help, I learned how to manage my anxiety and I am now sleeping so much better. My life has improved because of her. She’s the best!
Absolutely Amazing!! Love her and all of the advice she has given to me. She really helped me look at my situation differently even after two days I felt happier within myself.
Latasha is a fantastic therapist who listens well, talks through problems, and has always been able to read me and what I need really well.
She has helped me more than she will know!
