Hello. My name is Kirsten.
I have been practicing therapy for over 5 years in Midwest but have many years of previous experience.
I believe in treating individuals with respect and dignity and protecting their privacy.
I have enjoyed helping people with all sorts of issues for their success.
I believe that your success is my success and the only way to get there is with each other.
Sometimes there are bumps in the road that cause difficulties and may cause stress and anxiety.
Maybe depressive thoughts that are difficult to overcome.
Maybe ADHD, aggression, school struggles, listening, behaviors and more are your concerns.
I can help by giving suggestions and personalizing your goals to help fit you.
My specialty is working with kids 6-18 in a wide variety of areas. Some specific areas that I work with are anxiety, depression, communication, behaviors, self harm and so much more.
There are solutions and together we can work on goals to alleviate your emotions and make progress towards a happier life.
Also, we can work on different strategies for success in the long term.
Everyone runs into difficulties along the way of life, so it's important to take that first step to make things better for yourself to enjoy life and
be the best you can be.

Kirsten is a compassionate therapist who knows how to speak to my teen non-binary child in a way they feel understood and seen. She includes me in correspondence regularly. I recommend her highly!

Kirsten is amazing. She’s very attentive and she’s good at asking and helping me set boundaries on what I’m ready to talk about and where I still need a moment to get ready to discuss. She’s patient and also has a great sense of humor which helps me to feel much more confortable.
Kirsten is absolutely amazing. Even before my first session, she already had a plan to help me. The short worksheets she sent really helped me to work through the issues and look at them from a perspective I hadn't thought of previously. Thank you Kirsten!
Kirsten Limon is great, and she understands me. I think it helps that she's female, and can relate to me in that way. She listens to what I say and gives me solid feedback and advice. She reassures me that I am okay. I highly recommend.
