Look Alive Sunshine!
Hello Sweetie!
How you doin’?
In this Safe Zone we
believe all stories start with once upon a time, in a galaxy far far away,
and don’t let the Muggles get us down.
Though it can get Wibbly-Wobbly, Timey-Wimey
the TARDIS takes us traveling (with Consent of course),
to Boldly go where no person has gone before.
On this journey, we can follow the White Rabbit,
to Infinity and Beyond, through Platform 9 ¾
to walk across Middle Earth,
and explore worlds found in wardrobes.
Where we’re going we don’t need roads;
but we fly beyond The Nothing,
to find our Infinity Stones, Manage our Mischief,
and Always question when we Aim to Misbehave.
Even though Winter is Coming,
the Force is Strong within us.
So Don’t Blink and Don’t Panic because
we believe The Truth is Out There,
the No Win Scenario is Inconceivable,
and Goonies Never Say Die.
Here, our focus determines our reality,
the goal is progress, not perfection,
and we know the difference between walking the path and knowing the path;
because we are The Chosen Ones.
We believe in ordinary acts of bravery,
that vulnerability is our superpower,
and while hunting demons with the Winchester’s
the odds are ever in our favor.
In our quest to Know our Worth and Live Long and Prosper,
we find that with Great Power Comes Great Responsibility
and that We Can Do Hard Things.
Even when We’re all Mad Here,
we can still Have Fun Storming the Castle.
So we will Just Keep Swimming, and
Turn on the Light because
we remember that Happiness can Always be Found even in the Darkest of Times.
We’ve got Faith, Trust, and a little Pixie Dust, and rarely succumb to The Dark Side.
So, Who ya gunna call?

Katherine is the freaking best. I'm extremely lucky to have been paired with them. Katherine has helped me immensely over the past few months. I cannot thank them enough. Katherine has been very easy to talk to and get to know. If you are a fellow nerd/geek or part of the LGBTQ+ community Katherine definitely has an ear for you.

Very sweet, however what I have experienced is not great. Maybe it was just for me, but I just wanted people to know. It was very awkward and our phone call was silent for half the time. I’m shy but it should be the therapist job to talk to you and try to get you to talk.

This was my first time receiving quality counseling and I could not be more satisfied with how she was patient and active in my sessions. In our first session, I did not know what, if anything, I wanted to talk about, but with her patience and acceptance I was able to speak about sensitive moments of my life, even experiences that I was unknowingly repressing. What I think was most unique was her ability to effectively reframe situations in a way that allowed me to better understand the world around me.
