I am licensed in Arizona and Florida as a mental health counselor. I help clients with depression and anxiety caused by trauma and abuse and other life stressors. There are so many negative factors that affect the human condition. Since you deserve to be happy, my goal is to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. The initial step to schedule a therapy session can take courage but you will be proud of yourself for getting started and feeling better.
