Jennifer Master prioritizes family. This is awesome. It is important to understand, however, that she will only be available when it is convenient to her. She will cancel appointments when birthday parties are scheduled less than 24 hours before your appointment even if she knows you’ve already waited a week to see her. If you can work with this, Jennifer might be the one for you.

Jennifer has helped me ground myself, and I always feel supported after our sessions. After each session, I have been able to think about one thing to change and work on, which has helped my mental health significantly.

Jennifer is genuine and caring. She empathizes with the problems I am facing and offers me exercises to work on and encourages me. If I do my part, put in the effort and practice those exercises, I think I can make it. Jennifer as a counsellor would play in big part in that. If you want to improve your condition, Jennifer Master is someone who can lay down a platform for you to attempt that.

She’s been great. Kept reaching out to involve me when I wasn’t responding. Gave me a lot to think about. She really cares!
