With 20 years in a helping profession, 12 of which preforming clinical/therapeutic services I have had opportunities to work with many unique populations most of my favorites being teens. I have experience working with adolescents struggling with behavioral issues and a special passion for helping young LGBTQIA folks handle life stressors. Additionally, as a former high school and college athlete, I understand the unique challenges sports can bring and love helping young athletes navigate the pressure of being a star.
My therapeutic approach is fairly laid back aimed at creating a comfortable situation for individuals to open up. Despite a laid back approach I am still very goal focused and client centered. We will work together to figure out solutions to your challenges and steps to take so you can live your best life. I am looking forward to working with you and helping your realize your amazing potential.

Jennifer has been a great help to my daughter & our family. Very compassionate and insightful
Empathetic and doesn't force a session in any one place but does guide to discussions is she spots a topic that might warrant talking about.
Jennifer is amazing
Jennifer is great! She listens and always offers great insight, advice, and provides post-session articles, worksheets and things for you to work on until your next session. Highly recommend!
