These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Jennifer Grau-Keyser. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Teen Counseling might be different.
Jennifer has been my counselor for years now. I always feel safe, respected, and listened to when i talk to her. Jen has helped me with a variety of problems and helped me to get through them by helping me come up with good coping mechanisms. Jen has always been respectful of my feelings and has always been here and I am so thankful that after years of looking i found a good therapist.
Jenn was extremely helpful in our sessions. She gave us the tools we needed to communicate more clearly with each other. We highly recommend her!
The best therapist I’ve ever had
Jennifer Grau-Keyser is an excellent therapist. I’ve seen such a positive change in my daughter since she’s started talking to Jennifer. Not only does she listen, she actually helps my daughter process her feelings and explore the reasons behind her thought processes and behaviors. I would recommend Jennifer without reservation to anyone looking for a therapist for their teenager.
Jennifer is kind, understanding and honestly helping me in ways I didn’t think were possible by empowering me.
She has so much applicable information and it feels like I can rely on her expertise because she gets to the root of issues very quickly and is very supportive and objective.
Jennifer is a great match for us and sees and appreciates us for who we are and helps us do the same for one another. We are very happy to have been matched up with her!
I feel heard and validated when I speak with Jennifer. She has a lovely calm demeanor and is a comforting person. She lets me say what I need without interruption and offers insight and the wisdom of experience.
I have told so many friends about her and better health . I think it’s amazing !
Jennifer is extremely thoughtful and considerate, and takes into account differing backgrounds and life experiences. Our sessions with her have felt non-biased and fair-sided. We’ve enjoyed our sessions with Jennifer and feel that we have a more considerate, mindful relationship as a result of our work together.
Jennifer made my partner and I feel very relaxed, supported, and validated. She listens well and offers good insight to the experiences we are facing.
I really enjoy the experience that I have had with Jennifer, so far she has helped me a lot. Therapy online has been a lot smoother with her here. And I love how available she is to talk to.
Jennifer has a lot of words of wisdom specific to what I’m going through. She was very quick to figure me out. I don’t know how she was able to make sense of all my ramblings and immediately bestow upon me exactly what I needed to hear. She’s like the turtle in Kung Fu Panda.
Speaking to her honestly helped clear where my anger issues come from and that I am doing better in giving myself the self love that I do deserve.
Hands down a great therapist
I look forward to my sessions with Jennifer. I’ve been seeing her weekly for a couple of months now. Some childhood trauma and a recent family emergency led me to therapy. I was not excited about starting this online during a pandemic, but I had no other choice. Jennifer is very flexible with scheduling and patient with technology issues. She has quickly identified my struggles and areas for growth, and I walk away from each session with realistic, manageable strategies for coping with my anxiety. I feel comfortable talking with her, and I feel like she hears and understands where I’m coming from. Having weekly sessions with Jennifer has definitely helped to alleviate some stress in my life and learn how to cope with my anxiety. As someone who gets a bit lost in my own thoughts, I appreciate being able to talk and process for a few minutes, and Jennifer is able to quickly pinpoint what is at the heart of it. She also excels at helping me to draw connections in my experiences and identify the WHY of what is going on. I am grateful to Jennifer and strongly recommend her.
I highly recommend this therapist she has helped me realize things I have been trying to figure out for a very long time and is very kind and easy to talk to
