I’d be lost without her. She offers calm and helps me see the world in better ways.

Jennifer is the best counselor I’ve ever had - and I’ve had MANY! She gives me actionable things to work on during the week and is very flexible and easy to work with. Very easygoing and approachable!

I haven’t had a lot of experience with Jennifer yet because I was hesitant to get help, but she has reached out to me many times to remind me that she’s here whenever I needed to talk. She has an openness about her to where I feel comfortable initiating and responding to messages now.

Jennifer has been steadfast in supporting me through some really rough and chaotic times. When even I gave up, she never did. She is the absolute best and I know that she truly cares about me and my success. I highly recommend Jennifer Brown.

Jennifer has helped me learn how to manage my anxiety so that I can enjoy life the way I used to. She always makes time when my schedule doesn’t line up with hers. And she never makes me feel like I’m a burden to her.

Jennifer was very helpful and remained in contact as sometimes I did not get in touch despite maybe needing some help. It gave me the nudge I needed, and let me know she was always there to speak to if required. Jennifer offered some helpful advice but I found the service helped most with me getting things off my chest and having someone else to listen without jeapordising front relationships which is exactly what I had explained to Jennifer that I needed.

Jennifer is an empathetic listener who offers a nice balance between simply being a good listener and offering suggestions to help you better navigate difficult times.

Jennifer Brown has been my counselor for a brief amount of time. The last couple weeks have been extremely hard and having a listening ear and someone to relate to has helped me in ways I couldn't even imagine. She has messaged me back quickly and has always said the most kindhearted and warm things to say. She has been wonderful to vent to and really appreciates and understands what you're going through. I have overall, enjoyed my experience with Jennifer Brown, I feel like I have made a great new friend with a listening ear and kind heart. I am so incredibly grateful to have had her help me in my time of grief and loss as among other things.

My son is not a big talker but he is in need of counseling. Jennifer collected information before the first session so that she was prepared to draw him out. She was successful in connecting with him and after the first session, he announced that he liked her because she listened to him and understood him.

Jennifer was an amazing counselor. She listened to me and gave me great counsel. She would check up on me frequently and would encourage me to continue and keep trying. I wish I could afford this to keep my progress growing, but I will definitely take what she taught me apply it thoroughly. This was a great experience and I will definitely be recommending it to those around men

I was skeptical with online counseling thinking that face-to-face works better, but I gave this a try. After a 30-min counseling call with Jennifer, I was surprised at how I felt now just after the call, but even the morning after and the following weeks that followed. Her simple comments and suggestions are enlightening which makes you think that even though she might not be experiencing the same situation, she provides you options out of the box. I’m truly grateful.

She asks me questions to elaborate, which makes the conversation feel more active than just being in a room with a therapist. She's polite and has made an effort to work with my schedule despite my odd hours.
