I utilize an Eclectic and Existential approach in counseling, blending prominent theories to create a highly individualized experience. My practice is informed by theories such as Person-Centered, CBT, and Reality Therapy. I provide a therapeutic setting that promotes progress toward treatment objectives, personal growth, and positive change. This setting guarantees emotional safety, active participation, and transparent communication.
My fundamental values include offering steadfast support, maintaining integrity, ensuring equity, embracing innovation, providing unconditional positive regard, and encouraging creativity. I am committed to treating each person with respect and stringent confidentiality. Acknowledging that an individual is more than numbers and preset responses, I welcome you to a comforting, affirmative, and distinctively customized experience.
Beyond individual counseling, I collaborate with several County Jails to tackle mental health and adjustment challenges, delivering therapy to inmates. My background also encompasses a role as a Career Counselor for the County, where I perform assessments and establish objectives for people with a range of abilities and educational levels. With over seven years in practice, I have assisted adults with varying cognitive capabilities in reaching their personal aspirations. Additionally, I possess ten years of experience in aiding dual-diagnosed adults with social and intellectual disabilities.
As a survivor and perpetual student, I grasp the complexities, disputes, and trials that are intrinsic to personal and relational dynamics.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Jeanna Bradley. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Teen Counseling might be different.
Jeanna is such an amazing therapist. She takes the time to truly listen; not just to provide her perspective of feedback, but allow her patient to share their whole experience in a safe space. I would 10/10 recommend her!
Jeanna does a lovely job encouraging my teen and is patient with our scheduling timing.
She is so caring and real. It’s been fabulous working w her!! I am so thankful to have found Jeanna.

Jeanna is great! She will listen and hears what you, are saying. She guides you in the right direction and gives you things to think about. It seems as if you are talking to your friend. She is that easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Jeanna to anyone.
Jeanne is polite, responsive, listens to my concerns, and offers suggestions.
Jeanna is AWESOME! She's taken the time to learn about me and listen to my life and help me thru the hard and frustrating parts. She's helped me see things from another perspective and encouraged me to take care of myself. I feel fortunate to have met her and I'm a better person for knowing her.
Joanna has been a huge support in helping through my mental health struggles. She offers positive support, offers me the tools to try to cope with the situation life has given me and a listening, no judgmental ear to allow me to vent. It was extremely easy to open up to her and I'm eternally grateful for the help she has provided.
I would like to highly recommend Denise. She’s a great listener, is easy to open up to, helps you to look at things from another angle, offers possible solutions or helps to come up with ways to find those solutions. She has also provided me with great tools, worksheets to work on my issues and I clearly see the positive results of the therapy. Very highly recommended.
I would highly recommend Jeanna for mental health support. I felt comfortable opening up to her right away. She really listens & offers ways to learn more about myself & improve my situation.
Jeanna truly cares and listens to what I have come to work through, my stories, and my concerns. There is no judgement, only a feeling of being supported in what I wish to accomplish. She offers me tools and access to information to assess and understand where I am and where I would like to go. I am very happy and excited to be working with her.
