About me

Hi, I’m Ingrid!! I work with teens and understand how challenging these years can be—for them and for you as a parent. My goal is to create a supportive space where your teen feels heard, understood, and safe to express themselves.

I draw on a mix of approaches—Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Teens and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help with coping skills and emotional regulation, and art and play therapies to give teens creative ways to process what they’re going through. By blending structure with creativity, I meet each teen where they’re at and help them build tools that really fit their personality and needs.

Parents often tell me they notice their teens gaining confidence, communicating more openly, and finding healthier ways to manage stress. I see therapy as a team effort—we’ll work together to support your teen’s growth and help them thrive both at home and in their world.

Ingrid is very thoughtful and supportive. She is great at explaining concepts about my behaviors and subconscious thoughts so that I can understand and recognize them. She’s very validating but also direct when I need to hear a hard truth that I’m just not grasping. I would definitely recommend her!

She is caring and shows empathy towards my son, while at the same time offering solutions to him. He really likes working with Ingrid.
