Hi! My name is Rashki Osina, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Tennessee. I earned my Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Tennessee in 2011. I started my career as a Social Worker in an inpatient setting, working with adults and adolescents. I worked with clients on a variety of personal issues such as depression/anxiety, stress, anger management, family and relationship issues, addiction and trauma. I currently work in an outpatient setting, working with clients in similar struggles. My experience in these two settings has taught me that the most important aspect of counseling by far is the connection and comfort you feel with the person you choose to share your personal struggles. I believe we are all constantly growing and changing. Change is hard for everyone, so sometimes we just need someone to help guide us through the bumpy roads. I look forward to working with you and feel fortunate to be able to help individuals working to improve their lives.

She hasn’t responded in days !
This is my first time having any kind of mental health help and was skeptical of teen counseling, but have since been so impressed. Just having someone to talk to and give advice has really helped more than I ever thought this platform could.
