I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with over ten years of counseling experience. I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I also believe that achieving a higher state of mindfulness can help every person live in the moment.

My goal is to help my clients life an authentic life where they can have healthy relationships, healthy workplaces, and be present in their lives. I enjoy developing a strong working relationship with my clients. I never judge my clients, and will only present myself with an unconditional positive regard for you.

It's only through introspection that we find our true selves. It's only through examining our choices, our thoughts, our behaviors, and our pasts, that we are able to make sense of our future. Hannah is one of the best therapists I’ve worked with. She doesn’t go about the normal therapy route. She lets me talk and balance her questions off my concerns. I’ve been through three therapies on this app so far but she is the one. So glad I connected with her.

The amount of help Hannah Bing has already provided is great. Just the introspection of answering the surveys has helped, but I am not crisis mode. I don't think web is good forum for that situation. That being said, I look forward to working more.

I love Hannah! Honestly, I was extremely nervous about starting counseling, but she immediately made me feel at ease upon our first session. Hannah is amazing! She is the third counselor that I tried through teencounseling.com and the third time is a charm. She is a great listener and even through all of the craziness that I've shared with her, she has really been able to identified my issues and guide me toward recovery/healing. From the one session I’ve had with Hannah, I believe she is a competent and honest therapist. I’ve been to therapy before, so I had a list of things to tell Hannah. I could tell she was listening with the intent to understand the situation and my position and she offered me a worksheet that I believe would be useful. It was a progressive first session.
