I am licensed in New York with 24 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger management, & depression. I have a lot of experience working with teenagers and the various stressors -pressure you are faced with in todays world. I believe we all need support & coaching in our lives. I keep it real with people and believe in being strait up honest.
