You have choices of who you want to speak with, flexible times at which you can speak with someone, and convince on it being online , video call. I dont have to drive anywhere. I can be in the comfort of my own home. I signed up for my son. Its been working out real well. The counselor mediates conversations between me and my son. Which helps me better understand how to work with my son not against. Very grateful for Gary.
