About me
Hello, I'm Liz!
Thank you for taking time to read about me, and my therapy approach. I earned my Master Degree in Social work with an emphasis in Mental Health in 2018 and am now a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Clients would best describe me as warm, kind, and reflective. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Treatment approaches that I find most beneficial are cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, attachment theory, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and family therapy modalities. I find using activities to help clients gain skills in mindfulness are beneficial. This can include creative projects that are thought provoking, sometimes artistic, and most importantly increase awareness of who you are before the world got its hands on you. I will tailor our time together and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs!
Being a teenager can be so difficult, yet so fun at the same time. This time in your life is gaining responsibility, more abilities to be independent, and learn who you are, and what skills or goals you have for yourself! This time in your life can also be stressful with school, friends, home-life, and preparing for when you graduate! I look forward to working with you to discover who you are, and how you'd like to write the next chapter in your life. Tip for the day: BE KIND TO YOURSELF AND OTHERS! :)
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take the step, let's get started in writing a healthy and new chapter in your life.
I look forward to working with you!

Elizabeth helps my daughter immensely!
Kind, professional.
Elizabeth understands the balance of being straightforward yet gentle. She’s warm and knowledgeable. She provides a variety of resources and activities to dive deeper during session and throughout the week. I’ve always felt seen, validated and heard. At the same time, she helps you to find avenues to dismantle your mental obstacles. She’s been the fan base and supporter to my mental health, even when I haven’t. One of the best therapists I’ve ever had.
She is very kind and understanding. She also makes sure that I am able to talk about what matters to me. I haven’t had much luck with therapists, but she is amazing.
Liz has been very helpful in assisting me with the resources to better myself and manage any unhealthy thinking styles.
Elizabeth has been extremely helpful even after my free sessions I want to continue to talk with her and see her as my therapist she is so understanding and she is a great listener
She appreciates and supports what I want to work on. She backs me up with what I want in my life and works on how to achieve those goals.
