Dr. Prior is a very good listener . She gives you suggestions on things discussed to achieve what you would like your life to be. This allows you become the best self you can be in life. She follows up to see how you are doing with goals you set for your self. This allow you to see where you are and where you need to be. She stresses the need for self care.
